Hello! I'm Mehmet Palak, a tech enthusiast passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. My philosophy is simple: You cannot fully protect a system until you understand how to build it. As an aspiring AI Developer, I focus on designing intelligent systems that solve complex problems, giving me a strong foundation in architecture. Simultaneously, I am adopting a Red Teamer mindset, learning offensive security techniques and exploring system vulnerabilities. My Management Information Systems (MIS) education is the bridge that connects these technical fields to strategic business goals. I am a lifelong learner, balancing these two worlds, constantly exploring new tools, and eager to apply my skills to challenging projects.
My focus is deepening in offensive security (Red Teaming), with an emphasis on web and mobile application penetration testing. I apply OWASP Top 10 methodologies for both web (SQLi, XSS, SSRF) and mobile (insecure data storage, reverse engineering). I conduct network vulnerability assessments, Active Directory penetration tests, and social engineering simulations. I am gaining proficiency with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and Ghidra to find and report critical security flaws.
I am gaining experience in building and deploying end-to-end machine learning models. My technical focus is on Deep Learning (using TensorFlow and Keras) for computer vision (CNNs) and Natural Language Processing (Transformers, RNNs). I conduct predictive analytics tasks, like regression and classification, using classical ML (Scikit-learn). I actively work with Python and its data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
